Continuous Band Sealer will seal a wide variety of bag sizes. Will seal poly bags up to 10 mill thick. Variable speed conveyor to 30 FPM, Seal width is 1/2". Operator simply feeds bag into jaw opening and drive belts grab bag and feed into continuous drive belts which pull bag through machine.

PP615-402 Drop Sealer and Bag Opener

The bag opener blows open the wicketed bag for the operator to load the product into the bag. As the operator is loading the product they simply push forward with the product and the bag will tear off the wicket and the bag slides into the drop sealer where a photo eye sees the product then activates the seal bar to lower and seal the bag.
