PP-1519EC Series Entry Level Combo System


Description...

Economy series with seal area of 15” W x 19” L This L’ Sealer and Tunnel combination system is only 76” in total length. New feature for 2009 “Micro knife Seal Technology”. The tunnel features fully re-curculating air chamber, digital temperature control, pin wheel hole punch, 8 ft power cord and casters. Machines available in either 110 volt or 220 volt power. If you have 220 volt power available we recommend the 220 volt model as it will heat up faster in the morning and is less expensive to operate. PP-1519EC Economy System, basic machine with NO magnet hold down or power discharge conveyor. Operator simply holds seal bar down for desired time set via time control and applies seal pressure, when indicator light goes out operator releases seal bar and slides package from seal area tray into conveyor of shrink tunnel were it travels through tunnel and exits as a completed package. Speeds of 6 to 8 PPM
PP-1519ECM (Dual Magnet Hold Down)  Same unit as above but with dual magnet hold down that allows operator to lower seal bar and the magnets will lock applying the seal pressure so the operator does not have to. Speeds of 7 to 10 PPM
PP-1519ECMC (Dual Magnet Hold Down and Power Discharge Conveyor) Same machine as above with Dual magnet hold down and "Powered Discharge Conveyor" that will automatically transfer package from seal area into shrink tunnel. This feature frees up the operator to turn and get the next package ready to place into the loading tray to increase production speeds. Speeds of 10 to 12 PPM
